How do I enter the competitions?

·      Choose the competition you wish to enter

·      Answer the question (make sure you answer correctly) and select the number of tickets you wish to purchase.

·      Complete payment, or free postal entry route and that’s it, you’re in the draw!

 

How do I receive confirmation of my order?

Your numbers are issued on payment and can be viewed in "My account" under "My Entries" & "My Orders". You will also receive an email after entering.  Please check your junk folder if this is not showing in your main inbox.

 

Where will I receive my ticket numbers?

Your ticket numbers will show in "My Account" section on the website under "My Entries".

 

Can I enter the competition if I live outside of the UK?

Yes of course. Please just be aware you will be responsible for the collection and/or shipping costs of the vehicle.

 

Do I have to be over 18 years of age to purchase a ticket?

Yes all entrants must be 18 years of age or above.

 

Can I get a refund of my entry fee?

We do not offer refunds of the entry fees.

 

How do I know when the draw will be?

The draw date is shown for each competition on the website.

 

How can I watch the draw?

The draw will be live on Facebook page.  Follow our Instagram and/or Facebook page to ensure you don’t miss any of our live draws or launch of new competitions.

 

How do I know if I have won a prize?

The winner will be announced during the live draw, and we will contact you using the details you have entered when signing up to the website so please make sure you enter the correct details when registering your account. 

 

How is the winner selected?

To ensure all our competitions are run in a completely transparent and fair way we use Google’s random number generator to pick the winning entry. We pick the winner LIVE on our Facebook/Instagram page.
