Meet Bean. Affectionally named by his pervious owner who enjoyed him for 11 years as her first car.

He's just had a total restoration including tonnes of new panels (all heritage) front end, bonnet, A panels, doors, rear valance and then re painted in his original red.  As always what could be saved was, as they are only original once. He's now ready for many more years of happy motoring.

The Mayfair was basically a cooper with a different interior, 1,3 MPI engine, full service history and of course a refresh ready for the competition. Pulls along fantastically and all the gears do what they should. The wheels are 12inch Pepper Potts which are unusual and I love them, they have just been shod in brand new rubber and have also been balanced. Bean will be re tracked before the end of the comp also.

The upgraded Burberry style interior with its extra comfy seats looks beautiful. Its a place you'd like to spend time.

All in all this is a totally standard and quite a rare thing now but also the perfect base for a modification project. These later Mini's feel more modern to drive and are great starter Mini..
