Meet Carlsen! He's a VERY special Cooper S Checkmate with the John Cooper Works 210 conversion. (I suspect the only one)

These are now extremely collectible and appreciating in value at an extremely fast rate.

Carlsen is a 2005 (55) MINI Cooper S JCW Checkmate! Yes the supercharged Checkmate R53 with the Cooper Company fitted John Cooper Works upgrade.

Finished in Space blue (specific to the Checkmate) over a contrasting pure silver roof & mirrors. Freshly refurbished Flame silver 17 inch wheels with all matching Michelin Pilot Sport tyres. Half black panther leather and cloth interior makes him the perfect spec. He presents wonderfully. Some must have upgrades over the Checkmate spec include full panoramic roof and reversing sensors! The ULTIMATE spec R53 MINI!

Under the bonnet theres a Cooper Company modified 1598cc supercharged engine packing an impressive 210bhp, the JCW kits includes an upgraded cylinder head, the difference being slightly enlarged on the exhaust ports. 11% reduction supercharger pulley thus giving you more boost, 1-step colder spark plugs, uprated injectors 380cc up from original 310cc, stainless exhaust system with decorative JCW tips, replacement supercharger which is Teflon coated, remapped ECU, updated air intake with pod style air filter, extra badging and individual serial numbers rocker cover plate. The 6 speed manual gearbox on these is just brilliant. Of course these sound awesome with the JCW exhaust! Having travelled 57592 miles from new with a full & comprehensive service history.

The all important supercharger service, chain etc has also just been done. All new discs and pads recently fitted.Just 388 of these are left on the road.

All in all Carlsen is perfect, fun, fast, economical, collectible and appreciating in value at a vast rate.
