Having undergone a total restoration in the last 12 months, Elton presents perfectly. The work carried out included lots of new metal work such as, wings, front valance, bonnet, A panels, scuttle, sills, door steps, door skins, front floors, the list goes on. A full respray in Grampian grey, a period correct shade from British Motor Corp. The decision had already been taken for the period look, so stainless steel bumpers and overriders were added, old English white door circles with a contrasting white roof. New window seals and windscreen. Group 6 arches, all new chrome, clear lens kit, head light tape and brand new 12x5 Superlight alloys in anthracite wrapped in Falken rubber just add to the look.

Under the bonnet sits a completely refreshened 998cc engine. A stage one tune has been carried out which includes and upgrade HS4 carb and needle, LCB manifold and a complete centre exit exhaust system. At the same time the head was removed cleaned & polished, everything else was replaced with new. The engine & gearbox also had new gaskets. Freshly serviced, MOT'd and ready to go.

Internally the same level of care has been taken, he's got an all new interior including headlining, new carpets, new black and grey Cobra bucket seats with matching rear seats and black door cards. Upgraded black leather Mountney steering wheel, alloy gear knob and brand new alloy door furniture look great. Three black dials house all the important information, speed, revs, fuel & temp.
