I've found another Z cars Mini that's up to our impeccable stands here at UKMinis.

Body:

A stunning rust free 1989 shell was sourced and then strengthened. The Z cars race spec Vtec kit conversion with stiffer & stronger roll cage powder coated in a stunning metallic blue. Z cars front subframe kit, this replaces the conventional mini front subframe with a much lighter and stiffer structure that also gives the benefit of coil springs and adjustable dampers (more on that later). Painted in the stunning shade of metallic red. Perspex side windows, rears windows (with special heat outlets) and rear screen all add to the weight saving theme. Carbon fibre arches cover the stunning 13x8 Revolutions in black with carbon centre caps & wrapped in Nankang Sportnex semi slick 175/50r tyres look mega. You cant miss the MK1 wavy grill, upgraded P700 headlights, crystal rear lights and clear indicators plus brand new stainless steel bumpers. Custom Type R badging. Everything else is new, seals, handles, trims, wipers the list goes on. Blaze is dripping in DSN parts including the door hinges!

Engine & Gearbox:

Z cars rear mounted and RWD Honda K20a engine & 6 speed LSD gearbox kit! Freshly rebuilt 1998cc K20 EP3 Type R engine having done just 500 miles since being completed! This includes the legendary Honda k20 engine with standard wiring loom plus alternator, starter motor, inner CV joints and all required mounts. A polished crack is amongst some of the upgrades. Z cars performance exhaust which is a Simpson race exhaust 4-2-1 system (sounds incredible) Z cars K&N induction kit. Upgraded fuel system that includes Z cars large capacity fuel tank, Bosch high injection pump, silicone pipes and all the required clips etc for fitting. The cooling system is another Z cars upgraded kit which includes a bigger radiator, header tank the already mentioned silicone hoses plus extra fans & aluminium fixings. Hondata KPRO programable ECU with Vtec controller. A brand new dry cell battery has just been added. All of this results in a spectacular 250 BHP & 220 NM torque through the rear wheels. Fully adjustable coil-overs and rose jointed suspension and a new quick rack keep you glued to the tarmac.

Brakes:

Front brakes is the Z cars 256mm big brake kit which comprises of billet aluminium bells & mounting brackets, 256mm grooved & vented discs, KAD 6 pot calipers, upgraded race pads and all braided hoses. The rear brakes are the KAD 4 pot calipers with handbrake. Wilwood master cylinders.

Interior:

New light weight Cobra historic bucket seats in black mounted to the Z cars aluminium seat brackets. Black OMP FIA approved harnesses keep you glued in your seat. Full carbon dash houses the Trad instruments, this is a work of art in itself and gives you all the information you could ever wish for plus more (lap timings etc). Lots of custom switches including the heated windscreen, lights, wipers, wash & fan switch. OMP black alcantara steering wheel with red centre marker, carbon door cards, alloy gear knob, DSN alloy door furniture & steering rack drop bracket. A fully welded roll cage in metallic blue is a work of art. Of course the engine is behind the seats so theres no need for a heating system but there is a perspex divider for a little less noise.

This is our greatest ever Mini to date, the invoices that come with this car are eye watering. He's got a massive history file and has travelled just 6564 miles since completion and just 500 miles on the brand new engine! I've never been in a car quite like this, its absolutely BONKERS and completely useable at the same time!
