Meet Mowgli! He is utter perfection. FULLY RESTORED!
He's a 1995 Rover Mini Cooper. He of course sports the most famous name in Mini history, COOPER, which means he feels that little extra special.
Having been FULLY restored with a bare metal respray he presents like new. He's wearing British Racing Green paint with contrasting white roof & mirrors (the best combination in my opinion). Finished with all the usual chrome accessories, brand new 12 inch Superlight alloy wheels in anthracite and wrapped in Yoko A539 rubber and of course the all important Cooper badging with a little twist. Interior wise these were by far the best spec Mini ever, upgraded very comfy sport seats trimmed in half leather with the famous Cooper red piping, plush red carpets and upgraded Mota Lita wooden rimmed steering wheel that just feels quality. Not forgetting the extra clocks housing all the important information. Mowgli also still retains his original leather gear knob and upgraded alloy door furniture!
Under the bonnet we find a 1.3i. Coopers from this era were the single point injection version and is a 1.3 (1275cc) litre engine is a naturally aspirated, overhead valve, 4 cylinder that develops 62 bhp (63 PS/46 kW) of power at 5700 rpm, and maximum torque of 95 N·m (70 lb·ft/9.7 kgm) at 3900 rpm. Power is transmitted to the wheels via a 4 speed manual transmission. The kerb weight is 700 kg. It is claimed to manage a top speed of 148 km/h or 92 mph, official fuel consumption is 5.8/8.4/7.7 l/100km 90 km/h / 120 km/h / city. These have a fantastic sound and pull along very nicely, he has a comprehensive service and MOT history which confirms the mileage. A fresh MOT and full service means he is show ready and will be picking up prizes! He's also recently been rolling road set up! GAZ upgraded shockers and Hi Los take care of all the handling needs. Plenty of new parts including a full exhaust system that sounds fantastic.
These are now very valuable Minis and are certain to be the futures most collectible Minis. Fetching bonkers money now for ones in this condition. So why not get in the mix to win this appreciating British icon. A truly exceptional piece of history!
He's an exceptionally well cared for example in a stunning and rare colour combination that makes him collectible and valuable!
