He's a 1969 Morris Mini thats been exceptionally modified.

Externally a recently documented full restoration has taken place including lots of new metal such as new inner flitches, door skins, door posts, outer sills, MK2 boot, wings, A panels and front valance. The decision was made to paint Aubrey in moonwalk grey which is a MINI colour and looks sensational and is a nice nod to the period correct greys of the 60s minis. Contrasting black group 5 arches and a roof with painted union jack in grey look perfect. 4 rally spot lamps, black 13x6 inch Superlite alloys and all new stainless steel and chrome accessories finish the look off fabulously.

Internally Aubrey continues to shine, stunning black leather clad historic bucket seats take centre stage with matching rear seats. Black union jack door cards, black carpets, black roof lining, black top and bottom rails are perfect. A black painted 4 point rear safety devices cage and black harnesses are must haves. 130 mph Cooper S speedo housed in a custom binnacle hold all the important info such as speed, fuel, water temp & oil pressure along with a Smiths rev counter. Spot the Dare rally switch extenders, alloy door furniture and Speedwell accelerator pedal, all add to the fast road/Rally theme.

Under the bonnet sits a master piece of a 1380cc engine and gear box. A 1380cc A plus block off set bored to 73.5mm is using Powermax pistons, Nitrided crank, Minisport 544 camshaft with 1.5 roller rockers, Cooper S 12G940 11 stud head from Downton ported and polished with ARP head studs. Total engine rebuild including mains, big end and camshaft bearings. Twin 1 1/2 inch Hiff 38 carbs with Ram pipes and Pipercross socks, Aldon auto electronic ignition and dizzy matched to cam profile. High capacity oil pump. Paired to a Maniflow LCB and full exhaust (this sounds insane). Total gearbox rebuild including Minisport lightened and balanced fly wheel, cross pin and central oil pick up. Drilled flywheel housing. Cooling is taken care of by a 2 core Minisport radiator and Goodridge silicone hoses and pipes. An alloy sump guard protects the underneath and adds to the rally vibe. All this results in an impressive 100 BHP set up on a rolling road by Aldon auto. Cooper S twin tanks! Gaz coilovers all round with rear beam axel, adjustable bottom arms, poly bushed setup and sticky Yoko A539 tyres keep you glued to the road. Braking is taken care of by grooved front discs and Superfin alloy drums. Just had a full check over and full service so is ready to be enjoyed!
