Say hello to Clifford.

He's a 1973 mini thats been fully restored. Lots of new metal including a full front end, wings, A panels and front valance. The underside, engine bay, wheel arches and boot floor have all been treated in colour matched Raptor protection. The shade of smoke grey was chosen as the colour of choice with a contrasting white roof, bonded wide arches give a gorgeous wide look. Lots of new stainless and chrome accessories including the MKI grill look great. Finished off with a set of 13x6 deep dish Minilights wrapped in Yoko A539 tyres.

Under the bonnet sits a brand new built 1340cc engine. Some of the spec includes an Evo fast road cam, Weber 45 carb, roller rockers, LCB with full exhaust (this Mini sounds epic) all new internals, upgraded pistons. Of course it was stripped, dipped, bored and honed. The head has also been ported and polished along with a surface grind, re cut seats, refaced valves and new inserts. The gearbox received the same treatment with all new inners. Having done just 150 miles since completion theres still some running in before a rolling road set up can happen but I'd expect the power to be around the 85/90 bhp figure. Upgraded AP callipers and discs take care of all the stopping requirements.

Internally full black classic cobra bucket seats are the main event, matching rear seats, door cards plus black carpets keep it nice and simple. A full wooden upgraded dash houses all the important info including speedo, rev counter, fuel and temperature gauges. A Union Jack gearknob, alloy door furniture and black leather steering wheel finish it off perfectly.
