Rex is a 1997 Mini Cooper running on 10's with MKI touches, aka PERFECTION!

A Rover Mini Cooper built in 1997 that was restored with all the usual metal, floor pan, sills, front end etc so presents immaculately! Finished in stunning red paint that was of course redone at the same time, you have a black contrasting roof and body matched arches. This mini has many MKI touches including a front end, bonnet, stainless steel grill and bumpers with overrides, bullet mirrors, Lucas reverse lamp & front fog lights. The all important Cooper S decals and stripes look great. Cooper & Cooper S badging set Rex apart. A special mention needs to be made to the custom staggered 10 inch steel rims, these are 10x6 at the front which are banded Cooper S rims and 10x6.5 to the rear, finished in old English white, makes the stance simply perfect. These are wrapped in brand new Yoko A032R tyres. Of course there's also the addition of the awesome and useful MiniSport Monte Carlo roof rack! Comes with a great works number plate also!

Internally you have all the usual Cooper upgrades of full black leather embossed seats with cream piping and matching door cards, cream seatbelts, wooden dash and matching door toppers. Smiths cream dials show you all the important info plus the addition of a few extra gauges housed in a matching centre console. Part of the Cooper S conversion is the branded accessories including alloy door furniture, pedals and a very special Mota-Lita wooden rimmed steering wheel with Cooper branding. A CD player with rear speakers and a cream gearknob finish the luxury feel off fantastically.

Under the bonnet sits his original 1275cc MPI engine that had been full upgraded by the Cooper Car company, this is number 105 of the conversions they have carried out. John Cooper conversions are renowned the world over for quality and reliability. The throttle body on Rex has also been reworked and the exhaust has also been further improved and now has a straight through decatted with cabontec Playmini  limited edition back box so sounds outstanding! Spax lowered adjustable shocks and Cooper S 7.5 brake conversion takes care of all your handling and stopping needs. Has a total documented service and MOT history, has been recently fully serviced and fully detailed.
