Meet G8 EMO.  What a Mini this is! Inspired by LBL 6D the last Mini to win the Monte. Also what a number plate this is, for those of you in the know and for those who aren't its very close to a very famous Works rally Mini, 8 EMO. Rallied by Paddy Hopkirk and James Martin now owns.

No-one is ever going to mistake a Mk-3 Mini for a Works rally Cooper but there are ways to get 'The Abingdon Look'. John Cartlidge did the research, brought a decent 1990 City and went to town when he built EMO. Mini World featured in 2014.

Mini Sport-derived 1293cc A+ Stage 3 prepared by Richard De La Roche (Smithy Garage, Sandbach). 12G940 9-stud head, flowed, ported, polished, big valves. 1.5:1 roller rockers, double valve springs. verier adjustable duplex timing set. BRAKES

1988-on type in line dual-circuit, servo assisted system. braided hoses including master cylinder fittings, Kunifer pipes run inside cabin.

Front: S-Type 7.5-inch solid discs, twin pot callipers with standard pads.

Rear: MiniFin drums, rebuilt backplates, standard shoes.

SUSPENSION
