Meet Arthur! He is utter perfection.
He's a 1991 Mini Cooper super rare 1275cc carburettor model. Having travelled only 28,341 documented miles from new he's in spectacular condition. He of course sports the most famous name in Mini history, COOPER, which means he feels that little extra special. Only 4 owners from new and the first having him from 1991 to 2015.
He's wearing black paint with contrasting white roof, mirrors, decals & bonnet stripes (the best combination in my opinion). Finished with all the usual chrome accessories, 12 inch Minilite alloy wheels and of course the all important Cooper badging. Interior wise these were by far the best spec Mini ever, upgraded mega rare, very comfy and sporty seats trimmed in full black leather with the famous Cooper red piping, Cooper embossing, plush black carpets and upgraded leather steering wheel that just feels quality. Not forgetting the extra clocks housing all the important information. Arthur even retains his original working radio and all his stamped books.
Under the engine we find a 1275cc litre carb engine that is naturally aspirated, overhead valve, 4 cylinder that develops 62 bhp (63 PS/46 kW) of power at 5700 rpm, and maximum torque of 95 N·m (70 lb·ft/9.7 kgm) at 3900 rpm. Power is transmitted to the wheels via a 4 speed manual transmission. The claimed kerb weight is 700 kg. It is claimed to manage a top speed of 148 km/h or 92 mph, official fuel consumption is 5.8/8.4/7.7 l/100km 90 km/h / 120 km/h / city. These have a fantastic sound and pull along very nicely, he has a comprehensive service and MOT history which confirms the mileage. He even has two sets of keys
These are now very valuable Minis and are certain to be the futures most collectible Minis. Fetching bonkers money now for ones in this condition. So why not get in the mix to win this appreciating British icon. A truly exceptional piece of history!
This is an exceptionally well cared for example in a stunning and rare colour combination that makes him collectible and valuable!
